Pestilence | Reuters www.reuters.com CHICAGO (Reuters) - The United States now has 4,298 confirmed cases of the new H1N1 influenza across 47 states and Washington, D.C., the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported on Thursday. The outbreak of swine flu has been mostly mild in the United States, with only three deaths, the CDC said in a statement.
CDC officials have said the virus is widespread across the country and testing is greatly underestimating the true number of cases.
And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven. -- Luke 21:11
