Q) Help I've lost my password for the site, what do I do??
A) You can recover your password to Berean Watchmen by doing one of two things. First, by following this link and entering in the required information and have it mailed to you. If by chance your email address has changed since you registered or you still are encountering difficulty please go to the Contact Us page and send a note to any of the ministry executives for assistance.

Q) Help I've lost my PayPal password and I don't know how to get into PayPal to join/cancel etc, what do I do??
A) If you've forgotten your PayPal address simply click here fill out the appropriate info and PayPal should be able to assist you.

Q) How much does an Insider membership cost...what does it include...and why charge??
A) Your monthly support of $5 grants you Insider access. Your PayPal account will be charged $5 every month until you choose to cancel. Your account is in your hands as through your PayPal account you control your donations. We are not affiliated with PayPal beyond using them as a method for people to donate to the Ministry.

Your monthly support of $5 provides you access to our exclusive conference videos. We've recorded all the sessions of our two conferences (over 34 hours of teaching) and are in process of adding them to the Insider area. Along with access to the videos Insiders also will have access to the BWM Forum boards. A closed set of forums for people to discuss all matters of prophecy, theology, current events and whatever else comes up. Another feature will be the ability to post your own studies and manage your own section of BWM. We are continually striving to update the site and bring new features for all to enjoy.

Finally, why charge? The answer is simple. Since 2001, by God's grace we've funded the site and our conferences for the most part by ourselves. With the addition of our mailout hardcopy Newsletter and now the videos some additional funding is needed to maintain this new direction of outreach...with your support that can happen.

Q) Okay, I've been an insider for some time now but now need to cancel to meet some other commitments, how do I do that??
A) Canceling your Insider membership is easy, you simply login to your PayPal account (http://www.paypal.com) and cancel it through there. You are in complete control.

Q) I hadn't visited for a while, and forgot I was supporting the Ministry, what is your refund policy and how does it work??
A) Our refund policy is quite simple, no questions asked. Simply Contact Us with your question and issue and we will refund you through PayPal.

Q) I'm having difficulty logging in, paying or some other site related issues, how do I contact someone?
A) Simply Click Here to contact us.

Q) Do you accept other payment methods?
A) We understand that not everyone has credit cards or what not and are more than happy to work with you in this matter simply Contact Us and tell us your needs.

Q) Is there any other way I can help?
A) Absolutely!! First and foremost is to keep us in your prayers. Ours is a message that must be heard but one that satan doesn't want out. Prayer that God watches over us all and grants us the wisdom to answer all that come. Second is spread the word about us...telling folks about our site and referring them to visit is terrific.
